CATSKILL RESIDENT USING RECYCLED CANS TO LOWER HEATING COST

Bill Hobbs had a savings of 427 gallons of fuel oil in his first heating season with the Cansolair unit and 422 gallons this past season. These savings represent a 1/3 of his average heating oil consumption.

As oil prices continue to climb, home and business owners looking for simple, inexpensive ways to reduce energy costs are using solar air heating as an option that requires no fuel, labor or maintenance.

The Cansolair Solar Heater is a solar air furnace made from recycled aluminum cans that installs with little changes to the existing home or building.
